Cancellation Policy

Session Details Each session is 30 minutes long. Sessions run back-to-back, so late arrivals cannot be extended. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due by the day of your session. Payment is made securely online through my booking system. Rescheduling & Cancellations Mini sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled to another date. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your start time, but your deposit will not be refunded. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member (please notify me first). In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, I will be in touch with alternative options (reschedule date or refund). What’s Included 30 minutes of photography. A curated online gallery with 15 edited high-resolution images (update with your package details). Print release for personal use. Client Responsibility Please arrive dressed and ready to begin on time. Bring along any personal items you’d like in your photos (blanket, props, snacks for kids, treats for pets, etc.). Children and pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Photographer’s Rights I retain copyright to all images. Images may be used in my portfolio, website, or social media unless otherwise agreed.
